Delta V employs dedicated personnel within all divisions of our company. Our Key Personnel and their primary responsibilities are listed below.


Robert Storey

Chief Executive Officer

Bob has led the Research & Development team efforts at Delta V for over twenty years. He shares over forty years of analog, digital, mixed signal, RF and software system design in military and commercial applications. Bob has worked with Bell Helicopter, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, McDonald Douglas, NASA, TI Defense, and Raytheon, among other established semiconductor companies. Bob studied Electrical Engineering at University of Texas at Arlington and Semiconductor Physics at the University of North Texas and holds multiple U.S. Patents.

Glenn Prince

Chief Financial Officer

Glenn heads up all financial and human resource responsibilities after growing with Delta V through intern positions during breaks from high school and college while earning his BA degree in Economics from Baylor University. After experiences as an auditor and financial analyst he returned to Delta V full time in 2004 and assumed the responsibilities of managing fiscal operations. His critical thinking and financial modeling skills have been instrumental in refining and implementing our strategic vision.

Rob Caldwell

President / Chief of Operations

Rob oversees the manufacturing of systems, test, vendor management, and facilities. He has thirty years of manufacturing experience in machining, PCB assembly, machine building, technical/field service, customer service, purchasing, facilities, and senior level operations management.

Clint Wilson

Vice President of Sales

Clint heads up our Burn-in board operations, delivering custom Burn-in boards per individual customer specification. Having been with Delta V for over 25 years, Clint graduated through various positions in manufacturing, procurement, customer support, and contractor liaison. His experience of boards, sockets, vendors, customers and electronic components assures timely delivery of custom boards to a variety of clients.

Mickey Jenson

Sales & Customer Service

Mickey has served Delta V as our Customer Accounts and Sales Manager since 1986. Prior experiences are from various technical, customer service and sales positions at STL Electronics, GEO Reliability Services and Final Test. Mickey earned his BS degree in general business from the University of North Texas.

Andy Foster

Product Engineering

After engineering positions with E-Systems, STL Electronics, and Final Test, Andy has led the product design implementation and services at Delta V for over 35 years. He has specialized in the design and development of test circuitry for electrical component stress testing to customer and military specifications. Andy holds BSEE, MBA and PE degrees from Auburn University, Alabama.

Kyle Collins

Software Engineering

Kyle heads up the architecture, design and implementation of software and embedded systems. He has years of experience in software from high level applications to low level drivers. His top to bottom software experience has led to hardware designs in embedded micro-controller and FPGA implementations as well. Kyle studied Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of North Texas.

Jim Crossland

Co-founder-President Emeritus

Jim co-founded Delta V Instruments with Jim Mangum and Ken Bown in the early 1970's as a supplier to major semiconductor manufacturers. His industry experience since the mid 1960's with Texas Instruments, STL Electronics and GEO Reliability Services, included reliability testing laboratories and high reliability military testing and burn-in. Jim holds a BBS in Industrial Management from the University of North Texas.
